- HOW TO REGISTER -

- WEEVA Affiliation -
Teams participating in the Wisconsin Energy Efficient Vehicle Association events must be affiliated with WEEVA. This is an annual process and is to be completed by each school/team.

Affiliation runs from January 1st through December 31st of the same year. This means teams that paid affiliation for the Spring 2011 events are eligible to attend the Fall 2011 event under that affiliation.

- Registration Forms -
There are a handful of registration forms for teams to submit, however WEEVA has strived over its history to compile forms to help eliminate paperwork. You will notice most WEEVA forms only need to be filled out once for the spring events and may cover all spring events...
Team Registration Form: This form tells WEEVA which events your team is participating in for the season. There is a registration fee/vehicle/event. This covers all event costs such as rentals, staff, copies, equipment, porta-poties, etc...
Administration & Insurance Certificate: This form is two fold. 1st is the form to be signed by the team's school administration giving permission to attend the WEEVA events. 2nd is the Insurance Certificates to be submitted by the School District passing along insurance covereage to the WEEVA Events. These Insurance Certificates are required by the tracks and organizations working with WEEVA. (i.e., Road America requires an insurance certificate from participating schools)
Team Roster: This form allows WEEVA and the events to track your team's students and volunteers. This may be allowed for tracking permission slips or giving access lists of visitors to the tracks.
Student Permission/Waivers: This is required for each team member in attendance at WEEVA Sanctioned Challenges. If members are under 18, they are also to have Parent/Guardian permissions. This form is required by WEEVA and WEEVA's insurance provider.
Track Waivers: These waivers are REQUIRED by each WEEVA Challenge Location in regards to the track premisis. Team Members under 18 need Parent/Guardian signatures which must be obtained prior to leaving school. These forms are to be brought to the events, NOT mailed ahead of time!!!
