All deadlines below are set by the Board of Directors and should be in WEEVA's hands by the below dates for each item.

• Administration & Liability - March 1, 2010
• Event Registration - March 1, 2010
• Team Roster - March 1, 2010
• Student Permission/Waiver - March 1, 2010
• WI Dells Track Waiver - Bring to Event
• RA Track Waiver - Bring to Event
• FVTC Track Waiver - Bring to Event

Notes: If students under 18 do not bring their track waivers to the challenge, they will NOT be allowed to enter the racetrack!

Notes: If your team has a problem where these dates are difficult or impossible to reach, contact WEEVA to explain and make arrangements. If you do NOT contact WEEVA ahead of time, a $10.00 late fee will be charged to your team per item that is received AFTER the deadlines above!

Below are the 2009-2010 WEEVA Registration forms. These forms need only be turned in once per year. (WEEVA does not need a form for each challenge you are attending.) They are printable PDF documents that should be returned by their respective due dates.

WEEVA has tried as much as possible to eliminate the quantity of Forms each team/student needs to fill out each year, however, there are some forms that can not be eliminated or combined due to safety and insurance purposes. The forms below are specific to each event in Wisconsin. These MUST be filled out by your students for each challenge they attend!
