Final name change has been approved by the Association's Board of Directors. The state association for WI Electrathon and Supermileage vehicles will now be called the Wisconsin Energy Efficient Vehicle Association, Inc. or WEEVA.

The Association's Board of Directors approved an Affiliation Fee of $25 for all Wisconsin Electrathon and Supermileage teams to help offset rising costs. The Association wanted to keep fees low for local teams and decided an Affiliation Fee was the best choice.

WEEVA registers for a booth at the MREA Energy Fair next to the Education Tent. WEEVA will have two vehicles on display along with possible handouts for Fair Attendees. Energy Fair is June 20-22, 2008.
